Welcome to araT! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Progressive Web App ("App"), a local guide to areas in the Philippines. By accessing or using araT, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
1. Who We Are
araT is operated by Z Productions, based in Iba, Zambales, Philippines. Contact us at hello@arat.ph.
2. Using the App
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use araT.ph. If you’re under 18, please get your parent or guardian’s permission.
- Access: You can browse araT.ph using only your location. To post content, sign in with a Gmail account.
- Your Content: If you post (e.g., reviews, tips), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within araT.ph. You’re responsible for your posts—keep them lawful, respectful, and free of spam.
3. What’s Allowed (and Not)
- Do: Explore local areas, search, and share helpful content.
- Don’t: Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content; misuse the App; or try to hack it.
4. Location Access
We use your device’s location to enhance your experience (e.g., search results, posting). You can disable location access, but some features may not work fully.
5. Intellectual Property
araT.ph’s content (text, design, logo) is ours or our licensors’. You can use it within the App, but don’t copy or redistribute it without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep araT.ph running smoothly, but it’s "as is." We’re not liable for interruptions, inaccuracies, or damages from your use, to the extent allowed by Philippine law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Check back here for the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
